BIKES ON PARACAS NATIONAL RESERVE

Do you imagine biking, looking the majesty from the National Reserve of Paracas? You can feel the wind in
your face and be in contact with the nature, away from the bustle of the chaotic city.
Cyclism allows us to burn calories while pedaling and in about 30 minutes and we can burn until 300
calories. It also optimizes the cardiovascular and respiratory functioning of the body, which represents a
major health benefits.

Ride a bike requires a huge participation of leg muscles, so pedal tonifies and strengthens the quadriceps,
hamstrings and calves, which is helpful to complement other activities that also requires leg strength.

Arrival at the desert zone, here we will find a series of large and small dunes, which our buggy is going to go up and down, making you feel the adrenaline and at the same time we will do some stop into the dunes that offers the best conditions to practice Sandboarding for
beginners and also for professionals, our driver and guide will teach us the safe mode for practice this sport so the participants can enjoy the ride. Here, we can appreciate the desert landscape where we do stops to take pictures, also we will enjoy the route back to Paracas during the sunset.
