1.- What type of ATVs does the company have?
We have 2 types of ATVs, the first is a semi-automatic four-wheeler Honda brand, 250 cc engine. And the second is a semi-automatic four-wheeler Honda brand of 420 CC engine.
2.- What do you understand by SIMPLE AND DOUBLE ATV?
SIMPLE ATVs refers to a person on a four-wheeler, uses it individually, the DOUBLE refers to a four-wheeler with two people on it (1 person drives the ATV and the other person goes behind as a co-pilot).
3.- Are the pick-ups and returns from all hotels?
We make the pick-ups of the hotels that are close to the monumental helmet, in case it is far away places to cite them preferably in Plaza Regocijo and / or plaza de armas. And the return is usually close to the Plaza de Armas, such as: Plaza San Francisco or Calle Plateros.
4.- What is the minimum age to drive ATV?
The most advisable thing is that they are people 18 years of age or older, because ATVs require strength to be executed.
5.- Is there difficulty on the route and how is it?
The difficulty is MODERATED, it is not difficult, people who never had experience ended up touring successfully, part of the road is terrain (trail) and partly flat.
As we know the rural road is tocha, they have some unevenness and / or gaps, in which passengers need to exert force on their arms to control the ATVs.
6.- At what speed are we going in the ATVs?
The minimum travel speed is 35 to 40 km / h. and the maximum speed is 50 km / h.
In case passengers drive at a lower speed than recommended, we provide support such as; take them and / or accompany them in the same four-wheeler, all this in order not to have any type of accident and take care of the safety and integrity of the passenger, as well as not to bother the other people in the group.
In case the passenger drives fast, we separate into groups so that they go to the rhythm of those who dominate the ATVs very well, anyway without exceeding the speed limits.
7.- If we have booked 2 simple ones, can we take double ATV at the last minute?
If they could take 1 double ATV at the last moment, but it should be noted that there is no right to return or any type of refund, because the ATVs have been reserved from the beginning for passengers as requested.
8.- How much visit time will we have in the places of interest?
The average time we give passengers is 15 min for each place of visit, in theory it is 15 min, however, the time in practice is more than normal.
9.- Do we need experience?
No experience is needed, however, we provide a briefing about security and how the ATVs are handled and then we perform a practice that lasts approximately 20 min. Before leaving for the tour.
10.- Is it necessary to have a driver's license to drive ATVs?
No license is required to drive ATVs. It is only necessary to have a driver's license to drive linear motorcycles.
11.- How many kilometers do we travel in ATVs?
The four-wheeler route is an average of 30 to 40 km / h., It should be noted that we offer different routes, which vary the distances, however, the distance between them is not much.
12.- Does it include food and / or mineral water?
We do not include any type of food in a half-day shared tour, however, box lunch is provided when we make a private service of FULL DAY (Prior coordination for the private service FULL DAY).
13.- How many meters above sea level will we be?
The place where we carry out the activity is the peasant community of Cruzpata belonging to the district of Maras that has an average altitude of 3750 meters above sea level.
14.- How many professional guides do you manage?
We have 2 professional floor guides plus 1 assistant guide.
15.- With how many passengers does a guide direct?
A guide can take the ATV tour with 7 passengers and if it is the case to have more than 7 passengers, they must be accompanied by another professional guide and / or guide assistant.
16.- If the passenger cancels a last moment ...
(Example: If the passenger cancels the route at the time of pick-up), what will happen?
If it were the case of the cancellation at the last moment and / or at the pick up, it will automatically be NO SHOW of 100%.
